VaNews: Flood Zone Contract, Norfolk Taxes

Virginia law may soon require that homebuyers be reminded to check on whether they're moving into a flood zone before they sign a contract. And the City of Norfolk is paying off more than a half-million dollars in federal taxes it somehow overlooked.
