It’s the next chapter in the same sex marriage debate….and it’s set in Richmond.
A three-judge panel with the 4th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals whas heard oral arguments in the case of Bostic vs. Shaefer….better known as the challenge on Virginia’s ban on gay marriage.
It could take weeks, even months, for a ruling in the case.
