The past few years have been difficult for honeybees with thousands of colonies dying every winter but Virginia is working on a plan to help these important pollinators stay alive. And, the Virginia Department of Transportation hopes to attract more research on self-driving cars to Virginia by opening sections of the state's interstate highways to companies building and testing autonomous vehicles.
