Kaki Dimock

During the month of October join NPR, WVTF, RADIO IQ, and New City Arts for a new work by Kaki Dimock. Her exhibit "Hiding in Plain Sight" will be on view at the WVTF and RADIO IQ Studio Gallery.

Kaki is interested in the animal kingdom and what happens beneath the surface.  Her whimsical illustrations blur the lines between the animal kingdom and our built landscape by making much of what's familiar to us (birds and downtown buildings) strange through exaggerated scale and comical relationships (like a penguin walking a turtle). After her first public exhibit in October 2011, Kaki has had a wave of successful shows.

The WVTF and RADIO IQ Studio Gallery is localed at 216 West Water Street, Charlottesville.
