In partnership with NPR, WVTF, and Radio IQ, the New City Arts Initiative brings you Chroma Projects’ Resident artist, Carrie Miller Payne!
During the month of September the WVTF and RADIO IQ Studio Gallery at 216 West Water Street, Charlottesville will display “Ferment”– recent paintings by Carrie Miller Payne.
Carrie’s paintings are really remarkable. Works reflect her “need to create an abstract infrastructure… with layers, sometimes with what look like pretty, soft sheet metal, sliced and layered.”
